East Quay Medical Centre

The Patient Group at East Quay Medical Centre makes a real difference to the practice and assists the partners to ensure that services and service changes reflect patient needs.
The group meet at every two months or so. Key members of the practice team attend - a GP and the Practice Manager/Deputy as a minimum. The group listens to comments and feedback from patients and looks to resolve or explain any problems that you may have. They are also delighted to receive positive feedback!

You can contact the patient group in several ways:
1. Complete the form and submit it electronically
2. Print the form then complete and post it into the box in the waiting room

Your points will be anonymised and sent to the patient group and discussed at the next meeting.
