You can order repeat prescriptions using the form Or call 01278 446006 between 10.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Items will be ready 2 working days after they are ordered

Note, we are not able to process requests for 'all items' - you must list each item specifically.

We must have all information requested to process the request.

** Please specify whether you wish to collect the prescription from reception, Rowlands or otherwise state the name of the pharmacy you will be asking to collect it.
